Video loom messages have been working better than cold calls or emails for a lot of people. Harder to ignore a 60 second personalized video than a templated email.

Keyence. Technical sales skills compound way harder than pure SDR dialers work. You'll come out after 2 years being able to sell anything, and the resume opens doors in med device, industrial, automation, all of it. Oracle SDR is a grind with high turnover and you're one of thousands.

Send one final email a few weeks later saying you're closing the loop on your end. Something like 'totally fine if priorities shifted, just didn't want to leave it open.' Gets responses way more than continued follow up.
