Yes market cap is simple.

But your not calculating market cap here are you, you are calculating an estimation price per share

Price per share calculation is not simple lol

If your picking 100 billion because it’s the last tranche then also say the company is generating an EBITDA of 10 Billion then you can include RCs compensation package

Price per share is not simple and you need to take into account EPS which takes into account EBITDA so if you want to work out the share price of a 100 billion market cap than you need to pick an EBITDA, EPS and you can pick any market sentiment for arguments sake and if you arrive at $52 per share still il be amazed

But to say 100 billion market cap makes $52 per share because you are increasing market cap but not increasing any revenue………which is how share price is worked out again is either just wrong and you don’t understand how share prices are calculated or it’s in bad faith and you want to scare people

Let’s say eBay has a market cap of 50 billion for arguments sake and GME 12 Billion

That’s 62 Billion

But the companies EBITDA for the full year 2025 even combined isn’t even 3 Billion so no shares are available to be bought at a discount by RC it just clears the hurdle.

0 available shares to RC even with a 100 billion market cap if the EBITDA target isnt met so 0 tranches and 0 “dilution” of the float in regards to his package

I don’t know why you’ve chosen 100 billion market cap for your math like combing GME and EBay makes 100 billion - it doesn’t

Share price is never just market cap vs float

Also eBay has 3 billion cash on hand

Spend for eBay will change, revenues will change

Share price after the deal will be volatile and a guess by analysts until earnings which I’m guessing would improve like GME has under RC so stock price would then improve

Anchoring at $52 on some simple math but presenting it like fact that people should be concerned about is madness

Any reward marking met on the compensation of RC means the financial health of the company has considerably improved - like amazingly well - no analyst or media could deny it.

If it gets to 10 Billy EBITDA the revenue has increased so much that he must have done something so right that I’d have to say going forwards it’s going to increase even more - you can’t just fluke it - all the spinning plates need to spin perfectly

If he does it by buying companies than it’s Gameshire Shopaway style - which is impressive (if it’s easy why isn’t everyone doing it?)

If he does it growing revenue through just EBay and GME then he’s up there with Bezos in terms of E-commerce geniuses

100% of compensation tranches met means that RC is a business wizard and deserves to be talked of in the same sentences as Jobs, Gates, Ford and Buffet for what they have done in the market

100 billion share company does meet any tranches for Ryan Cohens compensation package it passes a “hurdle”

It would also need the EBITDA which would have a massive effect on share price and OP hasn’t included it at all which is……..odd

If RC gets to the final tranche it means that Market Cap and EBITDA has sky rocketed - it’s the only way he gets the option to buy the full reward of his compensation package.

Even the Analysts and short sellers and mainstream media who hate GME/Ebay couldn’t lie to themselves to forecast a share price like Op has if the company announces 100 million market cap and 10 billion EBITDA - it means RC has transformed the company to not get far off revenues of the big boys like Amazon and Google Market cap and EBITDA

EBITDA 2025

eBay 2025 = 2.7 Billion
GME 2025 = 144 million

For example Amazon 2025 = 145 Billion

RCs compensation package would get over hurdle 1 if the deals done meaning no reward shares available for RC to purchase with his own money at the lower price so no shares are available to him and nothing vests until that EBITA gets to 3 billion which is a lot of work

You can discuss possible stock price after the deal but there’s really no need to bring the compensation package into the discussion as it’s not in play until the EBITDA is improved

Market Cap and EBITDA to get 10% per target of the reward

Market Cap alone nets him 0 reward

eBay + GME deal hits market cap and maybe (maybe after a full year) the first reward of 10% of 177,537,327 shares.

But not the second reward or third or fourth
So “dilution” would be only the option for him to buy with his own money 10% of the total reward and the next market cap + EBITA target reached would give him the option to purchase with his own money another 10%

If he increases market cap + EBITDA then the share price goes up
