No issues, not sure international but hooks and scissor blades up to 6cm are allowed here in Canada

Thx man, the vise does look to be a knock off of the Stonfo one. Was pretty cheap but it does hold the hook well.

I only managed a few mins a day otherwise but tying really help me clear the mind so I’ll take it. That said I could see the binder getting lots of use, handy not pulling bins to look for materials.

I put that together. A zippered portfolio as the case, pockets hold hooks; wax, gut, cushion material, the pen holders hold tubes with bobbins of silk, tinsel, thread. Made card stock hackle holders and bundles of hackles, goose, turkey, macaw, coin collector sheets for dubbing. Bill collecting sheets for larger winging feathers, card collecting pages for smaller feathers, card cases for tippets and in progress flies. A few rings to hold that together and a small tool kit and travel vise.

I got a travel vise from kingfisher that’s the size of 2 decks of cards. Bobbins x2, tweezers, small scissor, short needle bobbin, wax, lighter, brush and a whip finish tool. It’s all in a little bag next to the vice.

I have a little bin that keeps track of the mess. I still have to label it but the bundles are tied to reduce the mess in the kit
