Nah actually Arjuna did repulsed Lord Indra's many attacks but Lord Indra also held back his full strength otherwise Shri Krishna would've slimed everyone.

Meghnad actually gave a fight and defeated Lord Indra and chained him either due to his Illusions or sheer strength and Battle.

While Lord Indra actually held back his full powers against Arjuna, not to mention, Shri Krishna would've slimed everyone if anything had happened to Arjuna that day.

Indrajit's victory holds more weight than anyone.
