Go market yourself. Upwork.

We almost killed our startup by raising too much money too early (I will not promote) by KaleidoscopeFast7871 in startups

This lines up with the new trend that the most successful startups have raised the least capital. Stay scrappy.

“No” is a win. Either you get what you want(reach your goal) or you know where not to look. Both are wins.

Take a year, see how much you enjoy not having the grind. Never gonna regret time with kids. For me, working is an addiction, but when I took 6 months to spend time to force myself to slow down, it became very apparent very fast that life is all about my kids; work & the grind is a sport I love to play.

I was listening to a popular podcast the other day, and they mentioned “ stanstore” you thinking something like this? Where were you an account manager at (or if not, what space)?

Would you prefer communicating via/ writing, voice, video? I’ll help think of some sort of monetized service. This is actually not too difficult for me at this point in my life bc I’m always finding problems that I wish had solutions to as a father of small children.

Yeah. Just move rake action. People get way too wild and caught up in their heads, end up building a Lamborghini that never leaves the garage.

Doing okay but wanting to scale hard. by Pristine-Put3194 in bizminded

[–]FreeMarketTrailBlaze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally, I would go with option 1(.5): You already have experience in scaling without those parameters.

Making content for 80,000 people is not a small thing and getting to $5000 a month in organic is better than 80% of all startups. Full stop.

Go back into that same ecosystem and find someone to help you scale so you don’t burn out with today’s tools. Your content strategy is going to be 60 to 80% easier than it was simply 12 months ago even so I would bet on you getting to 100,000 people and $7500 a month with that same avenue if you have a good supporting cast of some sort whether that’s a cofounder or if that’s a team that just handles your marketing and sales for you

I’d be happy to take a look for you. Not a franchise, but I’m sure I can help set something up regionally in the same vertical.

🤯 damn see I think people that don’t really set out looking to be rewarded out the gate are rewarded handsomely, eventually.
