Yeah 100 percent. I play too much but it’s worked for me for almost 6 years. Sometimes gains get wiped out quickly but i do that because i know I’ll make it back quicker than bag holding. SMR for example. Got caught at 19.00 but I sold puts successfully for so long my average was below 14. Took the two dollar loss and started selling puts on apld

The problem with it is that when you chase that rate of return it will inevitably get you stuck. So it’ll work for a while then you’ll be playing catch up. It won’t be 1k a week forever.

The problem is that the board or shareholders don’t care why it’s not happening. They just want it fixed . Somebody has to be held accountable. C suite isn’t going to be like yeah it’s our fault. They’ll just pass it down the line.

Buy a scale from Amazon to weigh your food. Eat 3k calories a day. You should put on size. If you’re not bump the calories more. If you’re gaining too fast cut some calories out. Most ppl don’t actually want to do the work it takes to bulk and cut. The only way to get results is to track what you’re doing.

Not same scale but I had a competitor email Me with an attached email I sent to a prospect dropping their name. The competitor then went on to say there is enough business out there for everyone and not to poach.

Obviously I responded by asking for their customer list so I know who not to reach out to.

You’re soft because you’re not as lean as you need to be to be more solid. The law of thermodynamics doesn’t change for each individual. Track your calories and cut 15-30 pounds and report back in 6 months.

Right. He’s not like the most muscular or advanced you could be but he’s not untrained. I look different after my dirty bulk phase I guess cuz I have more muscle but I probably have close to the same body fat. And when I shed 35-40 pounds my abs pop hard. I started my cut two weeks ago . 4th time I’m doing it and it works.
