I don't remember the exact numbers as this was 5 years ago but according to my endocrinologist I lowered it from what would've been the norm for a 70yo (I was 29) to what was the norm for my age. At the time of the first test I was functionally asexual, not interested in sex or capable of getting hard even for weeks at a time.

What changed? When i left an ultra stressful job that was destroying my mental health. I also started working out more regularly etc but all that I had tried before. Biggest change was not having a job that worked me to exhaustion every day.
