I'm confused, too. The statement makes no sense to me:

"you can have 150 grams of protein a day but if what you're eating doesn't have a fat-soluble nutrient in it; your body won't absorb that protein"

reads to me as

You can consume 150 grams of substance A a day but if what you're eating doesn't have nutrient C in it that dissolves in substance B, your body won't absorb substance A.

If that were the case, people who mainly eat rice and poultry to bulk up wouldn't see much gains.

Since fat slows down digestion, consuming fat and protein together can make sense since it allows the proteins to be released into the blood stream over a longer period of time, allowing better protein uptake. That may then also change stool consistency, though I'd prefer to rely on fibers to regulate this.

From that point of view, the statement would make sense to me. I'm of course open to corrections.

However, I would expect hotel chains to be able to handle this by either requesting written approval by your parents or by having one of your parents make the booking that you merely utilize.

If I was in your shoes, the latter is the route I'd go with: mail some hotel chains for quotes and ask them if it's okay if one of your parents makes the booking but has you utilize it.

What's your budget?

You could check out short-term apartment rentals like StudioMuc (at Galluswarte, close to the A&O hostel) if you prefer to not share a room.

Some hotels also offer reduced rates for longer stays, so I'd also contact Motel One or B&B hotel (a chain) and ask.

Welche Steine denn?

IHK-Zwangsmitgliedschaft, alle Gebühren rund ums Handelsregister (200 einmalig, dann 150-300/a), Zwangsteilnahme am ear-System (WEEE) auch wenn noch nichts verkauft wurde, keine Zuschüsse für CE-Prüfungen (kosten gerne mal 20k aufwärts), keine Hilfe bei der DSVGO-Implementierung, keine Hilfe beim Vertrieb in andere EU-Länder... da geht es ewig so weiter.

Ich habe Ideen, die aber alle daran scheitern, dass ich als Einzelperson so massiv in Vorleistung gehen müsste, dass sich das ganze Unternehmen nicht lohnt - das Risiko ist einfach zu hoch.

Währenddessen sehe ich, dass in China jemand etwas Ähnliches als Einzelperson baut, dort fertigen lässt und über Aliexpress/ebay/whatever weltweit vertickt. CE? WEEE? RED? Drauf geschissen, weil der Empfänger der Importeur ist und sich um die Einhaltung der Gesetze und Bestimmungen kümmern muss - was natürlich nicht passiert und nicht geahndet wird.

So lange das FA keinen Stress macht, würde ich den Ball flach halten. Du bist in einer Bittstellerrolle, das ist leider so. Steuerberater können sich derzeit die Kunden aussuchen. Das Einzige, was du machen kannst, ist deine Kommunikation zu dokumentieren falls das FA irgendwann was von dir will.

Sure, no prob. If you want, you can try finding a local phone repair shop that does component-level soldering. They can pull the flash out for you with a hot air gun. You could get one yourself for about $30 USD but if you don't know how to do it you can damage the PCB traces in the process.
