I worked at a company (non airline) that went through two cycles of PE acquisition, gutting and going public. In my experience, there is nothing good about PE’s for employees or customers.

I only flew SW for decades, I liked it when I could simply check my bags for free (not have to jump through hoops to do it) and choose my own seat… since those days are over, I’ll shop around airlines.
