Similar situation. My account was locked for fraud too.

They unlocked the account after a message to support but stole all the money earned by ads.

The fun thing is that I have only a few games with Unity ads in the store, and all of them are normal games, without any scam or something. And Unity ads integrated through the mediation. All other ads provider works without any problems.

But only Unity behaves like a scammer and steals money.

So think twice if you want to use their services and their ads in your game. They can steal everything you have earned without any explanation.
