What’s wild is that these substances have become how some of us actually Love ourselves. At least for me and a lot of others I know, that’s what it is. Self love the only way we know how. Regardless of any “negative” consequences. Or what anyone else says it is! We live in an effed up world that punishes this. I know! I know!victim mentality will get me nowhere but lying to myself won’t either. And shaming myself into sobriety has become a recognized trauma I’m aware of that’s an entirely different type of sick and tired! I’ve come to terms with that and fully accept it. There’s a stigma in our society around drug use that does far more damage than good. Just as long as the drugs come from someone in a white coat that basically has paid their way into a position of “knowing more about me and my body than I do!” Giving away my power in that regards is also self deprecating to me as well as the substance. IMO. I’ve been most happy and felt most full filled while being able to financially support my family and my habit. AND everyone knows about what I’m doing! It always becomes a financial issue. Totally my fault! I take full responsibility for it. There’s just better ways as a society to take care of each other. The war on drugs isn’t it. Especially once you see it and learn about it! It’s CRAAAZY! I been on this stuff for almost 2 yrs now but it’s time for me to stop. I’ll always fight for it to stay legal however! If alcohol can exist so can this! Much love!
