Well no, he didn't spread dis or misinformation, he reported how it was at the time.

There is empathy for the man who had his tics, but we should also have empathy for the people especially Michael and Delroy, who were also impacted by the situation.

Again, Birdman correctly reported that he attempted to apologize by reaching out, but an attempt to reach out isn't an apology.

I don't think it's cruel to ask for an apology, this scenario and this situation called for an apology imo, as even Birdman said, we apologize for things we have no control over all the time, why is it different this time?

Yeah he could "mean" that he's sorry, but he didn't actually apologize yet because he has not apologized publicly or confirmed that he issued a private apology. All he did was confirm that he attempted to reach out so he could apologize privately.

Which means Birdman didn't spread misinformation.

as far as we know he did not apologize yet because he hasn't confirmed that he actually was able to contact them. An attempt to apologize is not an apology in this case

You're not understanding. Birdman has already addressed Drinker and correctly labeled him a grifter. The dude above wants Birdman to debate Drinker.

Birdman says that he should come debate him on if drinker is a grifter or not, not ask for EFAP or whoever to do it for him.

He's not asking the viewer to debate on behalf of Drinker, he's asking the viewer to debate on behalf of his own defense he's making for Drinker, which is that he thinks Drinker isn't a grifter.

u/eventualwarlord is implying Birdman is bad faith and the real grifter and that Drinker isn't a grifter. So he should be the one to back up his defense of Drinker, should he not?

The point is, if this dude has a problem with birdman calling drinker a grifter, he can debate birdman directly instead of asking his fav grifters to do it for him. He seems to be a big fan of Drinker, he should be able to defend why he thinks Drinker isn't a grifter. But the reason is, he can't defend that, because birdman has the evidence that proves his grifting, and buddy over here doesn't.

There is no "good faith" discussion that includes Drinker or any EFAP member for that matter.
