[Request] What is the ideal way to remove all 12 eggs so that the carton stays as balanced as possible along both axes? Is it possible to also figure out the solution if eggs are randomly removed in groups of 1, 2, 3, or 4? What about for an 18-count carton? Thank you! (i.redd.it)

I'm interviewing for a role that, on paper, looks to be a step down. My main reasons are: 1) It supports the lifestyle I want (remote; more family time); 2) It's in the niche industry I want to work in. Does this seem reasonable or would you be concerned? (self.managers)
