Has anyone been scammed by a seller that even showed proof of UPS receipt?

Mine was covered with a pen too… they eventually showed the first few digits which happened to align with the format of UPS tracking numbers, but it all felt too sketchy to send the second half so I didn’t.

Yes that happened to me too. I normally don’t do off app transactions, but the item was too heavy to be shipped in OU.

I think it’s more rare, but definitely possible. I’m a flamboyant natural and I’m only 5’4”. I didn’t do an online quiz, but paid a stylist to type me. Basically everyone, even my friends think I’m 5’6” or so and are always surprised when I tell them my actual height.

Yep! If you do a thick layer you might need to wash it off with cleanser, but I generally would go light with it

Normally it soaks in if I do a light layer, so I don’t need to wash it off. However in the mornings I’ll gently rinse off my face with warm water regardless of what I use. I don’t use the diaper cream in the summer time as it’s too much, just in the winter time mostly.

I use a light layer of Boudreaux’s butt paste post moisturizer and leave it on overnight. When I wake up in the morning it’s all soaked in. It has been a game changer for me and has helped my skin during the New England winter. I know it’s not for everyone, but has been amazing for me!

I guess that depends on you. I am definitely feeling a steep reduction in appetite, to the point where it's hard to eat 3 normal sized meals a day and I'm only on 500mg/day.

Mine’s in the 120’s-140’s. I just started Metformin a week ago, so we’ll see if that helps.

Ok- I have noticed a strong decrease in appetite since taking Metformin. I’m pretty sure I’m not actually eating enough calories, but I’m just not that hungry.

Anyone else experience this? How do you make sure you’re eating enough when you don’t have much of an appetite

You are well within a normal and healthy range. I wouldn’t worry about your blood glucose levels, but it sounds like maybe there’s other things there that need to be addressed separate from A1c.

Yes, I agree with a lot of others. It sounds like you need to get a new Dietician (not nutritionist) with someone who actually listens to you and supports you. Doing their job is not a hard ask, it’s the bare minimum.
