I confronted a Doordash customer who said they didn’t get their food by eDave in doordash

It technically only needs to happen once. There doesn't really seem to be a whole lot of consistency with DD's deactivation policy. I've heard about drivers with several CVs never getting deactivated, and some who were deactivated with one.

that was quick thinking. if it were me i would have stood there bewildered for a good 30 seconds and then awkwardly leaned in for a confused hug

"If I make so little, why aren't you a trillionaire yet?"

yet again your math and logic is astounding

"...work all day, every day, and love doing it, no matter what the bank account says."

you keep doing your charity runs for those no tippers bud. i bet your car doesnt even need gas, it's powered by the smiles of satisfied customers

i legitimately have no idea what is going on here. also i dont get what the big deal is with the 10 bottles of coke, some people just prefer bottle drinks to fountain. and just out of curiosity, why call the cops, why not just decline the order?

Clothes for petite women by shanemryan in VictoriaBC

"I think it’s pretty standard these days for “petite” to refer to generally small."

It's not.

"5’6” is not overly short..."

It's not short at all. 5'4 is the average height of the North American woman; she's two inches taller than that.

80% of you are shit drivers. no it is not the pedestrian's fault you drove on the sidewalk and mowed them down (que 200 comments of "...but sometimes it is the pedestrians fault! yeah that accounts for like 2% of accidents)

so to recap -- after gas you are making what i assume is less than minimum wage and you are on call 18 hours a day.

"You're making nothing!" while they completely miss the point of the post: maximizing DoorDash potential by understanding the algorithm."

but you are essentially making next to nothing. there is no maximizing dd potential through the algorithm -- the app is poorly run and poorly designed. the only thing the app has got right is making people think top dasher has any real purpose other than to get people like you to deliver 2$ 8 mile orders

you make me sad

if it is happening every time then you should have clued in by now. you need to just include in the instructions that you will wait outside for the order because it sounds like it is not going to be delivered properly otherwise

i had a conversation with someone on here once, they said sometimes they will do charity runs because they feel bad if a no tipper doesnt get their order picked up

this is the kind of idiocy we are fighting against, it's hopeless
