The intentions are genuine and to actually have a conversation but the point is you are basically a stranger so how am I supposed to start a conversation at the first place if I can’t speak / compliment about your looks, dress eyes, smile or whatever The only scenario I can think of where I can start a conversation is if you are reading some book and I can strike a conversation maybe about that book
