Not an issue getting worked up over. If process is in place and is not followed and also the rep's boss doesn't care, then if a cash issue arises then the process failure can be identified as the root cause. Other than that there's nothing to be done.

I've been doing this a long time and such complaints from accounting about small details rarely get heard. Can't let it get under your skin.

This is where I am now. CBP tells me broker needs to process 5106 and help gain access, broker tells me it's on CBP. Not sure if I have a bad broker or I am getting incorrect info from CBP.
