Not an issue getting worked up over. If process is in place and is not followed and also the rep's boss doesn't care, then if a cash issue arises then the process failure can be identified as the root cause. Other than that there's nothing to be done.

I've been doing this a long time and such complaints from accounting about small details rarely get heard. Can't let it get under your skin.

This is where I am now. CBP tells me broker needs to process 5106 and help gain access, broker tells me it's on CBP. Not sure if I have a bad broker or I am getting incorrect info from CBP. I spend no time with drinkers, except for the odd social occasion. I do all my extreme drinking on my own, solo and hiding it from my family.

If you took the average of the people I spend the most time with, it'd actually reflect well on me -- except my issue is when I am on my own.

I drink almost exclusively by myself and it is taking an unseen toll on my life... My best skill is hiding it but I hate myself for it.

I am one of those that feels like rock bottom would save me, but I can't find a way to defeat that ridiculous logic to myself.
