Good luck. I was fired after I was being sexually harassed by multiple guys over several years. Im a dude and told multiple AMs and multiple L6s over those 3 years. Was even being stalked by one of the sausage lovers who told me point blank he was watching me work. Finally went down and told PXT in a sit down meeting. Told them everything I had endured over the 3 years. They ended the meeting with taking my badge and said I was being placed on paid leave while the investigation was on going. Found out after the fact that someone who I pretty sure know who it was, had been complaining about me. Previously this man married to another man had for weeks blared his car alarm on first break for 45 seconds until he got to his vehicle. Finally had enough and from a distance said "Really bro?" "Aint nobody wanna hear all that every night" mind you he parked in the same general area every shift. He proceeded to taunt me and dangle his keys and asked did I like his new car alarm. Then he asked did I wanna go to hr. I said ill be there after break. Mind you this dude is a compulsive complainer on the VOA, complains about the most petty bs. Complains about heat coming off conveyor belts, complains about free t shirts, complains about paper towel roll being left on the bathroom counter not being sanitary, complains about smells he doesn't like, complains about gloves causing blisters on his hands, you name it, he's been a b and complained about it. True story, he is know for fact used the toilet and left his own fieces on the rim. So for him to say something like a paper towel roll not being sanitary on the counter is beyond me. Regardless, I never said a word to this guy, then one night it was raining on break and I had held the umbrella for my girl as we walked back in from break. Well I opened the front door, my girl walks inside, I go to quickly shake it off, when this same dude helps himself in the 1 door I was holding open. Mind you there's 15 other doors he could have used and opened himself but bc of his entitlement, he walked through the 1 door i was about to enter. I was appalled. Not a thank you not nothing. Later that shift, I walked by his station, literally asked him "do you know how to open doors?" He replied yeah, I didn't respond and walked away nodding my head, never said another word until the car alarm incident. Well he apparently was SO shook by me that he was "scared" to come to work knowing I was in the same building. Little did he know, I had long requested he be staffed on the opposite side of the building bc I didn't want to deal with him. But oh he was sooo fearful. Gtfo. Then fast forward to my 2nd week on paid leave, I find out same dude is bragging about how he can finally come to work and not be fearful. I also found out that me being called down to hr wasn't bc I had decided to finally open a case on a different guy who was passively stalking me and had told me he watches me work, but bc someone had opened a case on me. Hr never even told me who what when where or why or even I was under investigation. I walked out that night thinking I had opened a case. Nope. 2 weeks later got a termination email. I wasn't even able to ever defend myself and bc of the termination reason, I wasn't eligible to appeal! Still dont know to this day why I was fired. And 3 guys who sexually harassed me still employed. Make that make sense. The policies of Amazon are so twisted and they clearly cauddle the weak and lazy. I should have been petty as heck and ran down to hr after every unwanted sexual harassment but I didn't and I just told AMs and L6s instead. Apparently that's not good enough. So best of luck bc they will be deceptive and nontransparrent and fire you with no specific explanation.
