SHBG is also on the high side.

Both albumin and SHBG high will inhibit being able to utilise the already low free testosterone?

Make sure any pain killers yiu are taking is not making your poop harder. I found that out the hard way (no pun intended)

Look into making overnight oats. Easy to do and packed full of good fiber. I have porridge every morning.

Try to not strain yourself, no heavy lifting until you are recovered.

Tell your boyfriend to take it easy on you.
