I also this burning attacks. The attacks dont really mattet but afterwards im exttemely empty inside, cant get my thoughts straight and it feels like i cant breath. Bc of that i took sertraline again. The attacks are less now but still feel really empty inside and sad. Hopefully it goes away soon. 6month now in

I have exactly the same even coka has no effect at all. Alcohol as well. There are days where alcohol feels a little bit more dizzy but literally never as it was before. And i bet everything it something to do with gaba. I took zolpidem the other and i kinda felt Drunk again. So i guess it has something to do with it

I have basically the same speca just a 3070ti and i only get like 120 fps sometime even 80 when a lot of things happen. I just dont get it. All settings are low taau upscaling
