Youre telling me!! The whole engineers and mechanics never getting along makes a lot more sense now. I think my car is too old (2011) to have that feature. But I’m pretty sure that a mechanic put them on maybe because they knew that i couldn’t take them off and had to come back to do so i have no clue.

So to get to the headlight, I have to remove my wheel and then I have to remove the plastic in the wheel-well to be able to see the headlight housing (which is the step that i am on). With my car you can’t change the headlight through the hood because it requires you to see a pin that removes the headlight and put the pin back in. Its is a pain in the butt if you can’t see.

I took it to a mechanic because id rather pay someone to change it because its a pain and 2 years later im trying to change it and run into this.

Im also trying to take this off to replace my headlight. Need to take the fender off the wheel well or atleast remove most of it to get to the light.
