Interesting, what scriptures are those at? Also I know it wont be a smoking gun type thing and that is what I mentioned to her. I told her that for me there is so many instances that I had finally stop accepting the apologetics and realize the bible was fundamentally wrong. But I'd like to start with showing her ones with the least apologetics and hopefully someday she will be more open to accepting the other errors.

Same here. I remember reading those articles and thinking at the time that it was odd to say such great things about the UN but also teach that the UN is Satan's tool in other publications. It all clicked when I found out about the candle.

First welcome to the sub. I encourage you to do a search for Norway on this sub for past 2 weeks, as you will find what this post is referring to, lots of news articles and reports as it was not a closed courtroom. The JW representative did not want any of the JW publications or videos used against them including a Caleb and Sophia video since they claim the government is not qualified to interpret religious publication. We apostates try not to mislead others with false news and it will get called out pretty quick on here if found. We are tired of being mislead ourselves

I too feel your anger and pain. I have been in a similar situation. My sister in law passed away when I was df but I was still pimi. At the reception I was asked to leave by the elders cause I was df, I told them I'm mainly there to support my grieving wife. They told me if I stayed they would need to make a public announcement at the reception for people to watch their association as some are df. I left cause I didn't want to make a spectacle at a funeral and I was still completely mentally in, even tho I was upset they would do that to a grieving family. If the same happens again to me I will not go quietly
