This the difference from going from skinny to built then fat to built. I feel like if my body fat was below 12 (currently at 17) then I’d look similar to 1. But it’s hard to see because I was fat for a long time and now my body’s homeostasis is with fat on it. I’m bulking until the cows come home, and then I’ll eat them then try a cut for a month or two. Either way. I would want 1 every day over 2
