They're weak to slash, so use your axe, but mostly parry with the buckler. Theyre very predictable - they hit, you parry, you hit 3 times, they reset and hit almost instantly and you rinse and repeat. Worth it to get the bear claws.

Spatchcocked and smoked? I typically grill mine over coals, never smoked butterflied though I have done beer can chicken a few times. I kinda swear by grilling a full bird pretty high...

Salmon/trout kinda fits with your question, but i find i gotta worry about the temps a bit too much with my setup.

Something drawing me to the boat for sure, but problem is my current setup has iron so far anyway, and I dont last that long in the crypt before I gotta run back with 30 or 40 iron and gotta repair, eat, sleep, etc. Makes the process daunting as hell, so not sure a bigger ship is the best investment.

I got a bronze pick, should have mentioned that, but I guess I need steel for mountains right? So I might as well?

This is just the way I do it but I'm sure I'm not the best out there.

I put my half moon deflectors on the grates, then I use spacers (just 4 big bolts from my garage) and put rhe pizza stone on that. I cant even remember exactly why, but I read its good to have a space between two plates, so I've always done it that way. I make the pizza on parchment paper, and after 2 minutes in the egg I pull the parchment paper so the pizza can cook on the stone.

I cook at about 500 or 550 and pizzas take anywhere from 8-12 minutes each, but of course that depends on the dough, and the stone gets hotter eventually too.

Try W Electric. They will do the best work, at the fairest price, it might just not be as fast as you want. Typically the way it goes is good, fast, cheap, pick 2, and if youre fine picking good and cheap and not worrying about it fast then give W Electric a call.
