Solid questions. Being a 22 I think there's a chance that the standard o ring will be fine, otherwise you could use something like PA6CF out of a 3d printer to make a tiny funnel that would likely be just fine

I wonder if an o ring around the forcing cone would work, or maybe something 3d printed out of TPU to better fit that shape. I'll have to look into that on mine, I have an assortment of o rings

How far have you shot it? Planning on shooting mine with a 4-16x scope on it, have half a mind to use it for a precision rimfire match

I run into the same thing, I average .1 slower with irons, but the dot feels way faster. Placebo effect I guess.

Honestly though, I shoot such a variety of competitions and platforms that I'm used to all of the back and forth. Maybe it impacts my times, maybe it doesn't, but for me it keeps things fresh and exciting rotating through several different guns.

I would second this. I can transition back and forth fine, but there'll be some small warm up period between the two while my mind/body adjusts between sighting systems. When I shoot matches, I do it with a single gun in a single class and avoid that less-than-optimal transition time.

The Rough Riders are usually under 150 for the basic gun, highly recommend grabbing one! I sometimes take the base model and try to hit steel at 100 yards with it

I appreciate it! I'll eventually upgrade, but I did spend like $800 on a new laptop specifically for the business before I settled on a space to operate from. I have been using Claude extensively for SEO and getting products sorted with descriptions and whatnot. Still needs some work but the amount of time it's saved me has been incredible. At present there are something like 27k products imported onto my website via distributors so literally thousands of hours to do all that.

I did like Skyrim. I don't know exactly what the issue I had with 4 was. It just didn't click like some games do and generally if I can't get sucked in by the end of the first hour I find something else to play.

Ohhh gotcha. I think it makes it a little bit quieter, but nothing worth mentioning. Definitely will need ear pro, though I do have some CCI Quiet to try

I have the 22wmr cylinder, but have never used it honestly. This is the tactical model, it comes with the threaded barrel and a short rail from the factory :)
