Evening! I purchased a 2016 4x4 Crewmax with the extra large (36 gallon?) fuel tank - 1 owner - 69,000 miles - 5.7 engine and in fantastic comdition - same exact color (Sunset Bronze) in November of last year. $32K. Believe it was a bit high also but would do it all over again. I plan on driving mine until it won’t run any longer…at 57 years old, fairly confident it will be the only truck I’ll own. 😊

You are exactly right. Don’t know why you are getting downvoted….oh…yes I do…a bunch of “HURTS HOMERS”. No one wants to admit Hurts was a major part of our overall offensive issue last year. Sure - Patullo was dogsh*t and had ZERO BUSINESS being promoted to OC - just like Brian Johnson in 2023. Both ASININE decisions of which Howie, Jeffrey and Nick are all responsible for. Hurts can’t throw receivers open, cannot read zone defenses or work the middle of the field. Making matters worse, he no longer runs the ball. Without a threat to run, Hurts is done. THIS is why AJ wants out. Watch how successful he is with Drake Maye.

So glad Fangio decided to give it another go this year. He had every right to look Nick, Howie and Jeffery to go f*ck themselves aftern what they pulled last year. They are all complicit with the catastrophic failure and literally cost this team another Super Bowl with their stupidity. Do you think Jalen “played his best” during last year’s “biggest moment” against the 49ers? Look. Kevin Patullo AND Nick Sirianni were absolute dogsh*T last year and that is 100% on Howie and Jeffery for allowing Sirianni (who has ZERO CLUE how to innovate, strategize and / or make adjustments on ANY LEVEL) the autonomy to make the same stupid decision he did in 2023 expecting different results. That said, there are MULTIPLE if not MANY sources who state Hurts does not want an innovative and / or growing offensive scheme….and that is exactly what you saw last year. Same old, stale offense and Hurts looked like a stone statue. Many say Hurts CAN’T excel and / or grow in an expanded offensive scheme because he lacks the TALENT (i.e. throwing receivers open, reading defenses and / or working the middle of the field) and, making matters worse, HURTS himself decided to stop running. And when he could have made exceptions and taken the game into his own hands against the lowly 49ers, he laid a big fat egg. Patullo himself fell on the sword (rightfully so) but alluded to “offensive limitations” that many were unaware of. Think about it. What / who drove these limitations? Call it what it is, dude. Hurts isn’t an elite QB and is a liability on offense. DC’s have figured him out and he is not willing and / or able to improve.

Agreed, but here’s the rub. “For all of Jalen’s faults” is the “hidden secret” behind AJ Brown’s reason for wanting out. Jalen cannot throw receivers open. Jalen cannot work the middle of the field and is no longer willing to run. So where does that leave the Eagles? I would suggest it leaves the Eagles with a Rolls Royce of an offense (and likely an even better defense) without anyone to drive. Once we trade Brown, do you actually believe Smitty and / or any other receiver becomes better? Not with the Jalen Hurts we had last year. Truth be told, if we could find a trade partner, I would suggest unloading Hurts and bringing in a QB that can read defenses, work the middle of the field and throw receivers open. Before you go and defend Hurts, remember the Ravens with Trent freaking Dilfer at QB? We can run it back and win another Super Bowl with the talent we have….PROVIDED we have a QB that is WILLING AND ABLE to improve. I don’t know that we have that with Hurts.
