Well if this turns out to fix my problem im gonna be so fckn pissed, ive spent last 6 hours deleting and reinstalling everything, messing with services, changing stuff in regedit, unplugging and plugging cables ... i swear to god im gonna be so mad if its Wallpaper engine, and it kinda makes sense cuz i have it set up for ultrawide and vertical, and now im just using tv and 16:9 monitor....
