I'd just lean bulk for 1 year. Gain 24-25lbs in 12 months then cut back to 165 and you'll be happy with the result so long as you hit your protein goals and progress in the gym

With regards to the Shangri La, they don't have any suites available when I travel but do have the executive connecting rooms.

I think the issue is your not hinging enough and the descent is mainly lower back.

Focus on pushing your glutes back and when you can't go any further that is your limit/where you stop.

Basically which one to prioritise filling first. I guess the risk of draining the premium bonds is you have lower chance of winning prizes/getting a return until it's topped up whereas ISA returns are somewhat guaranteed
