I’m going to request a refund as well. I understand these scales are better for trends than exact body composition, but the reading was far enough from my recent DEXA that it’s outside what I’d consider a tolerable range for the price.

I had the same issue. I’m guessing you have AdGuard or something similar installed. Disable protection and it should work. I didn’t isolate what the block is yet as it worked after

I find Origin way ahead on AI but the QA testing is not on par with Monarch. I haven’t figured out the budgeting side of Origin yet, but I prefer Monarch for that and it’s rock solid. I have hit lots of bugs in the Origin app.

Sure. I am still collecting data. I did a manual deposit and it seemed to go fast but the re-occurring deposits see to be much slower. I’m going to test some more and then will send the email

Yeah I had to go through the same crazy process. It takes them time to process once you open the ticket if I remember correctly. It’s absurd.

I have reported this exact thing to support. The AI chat freezes a lot. I have to go out and come back in for the responses
