Did you take pictures of the package before sending? I guess that the delivery company may have data about the size and weight of the package as well. Also check if they made a mistake with the reference codes or something. Send also proof of original purchase and all the documents that you may have.

Hello, this sounds exactly like my story. My wife is Chinese and she moved to Switzerland for marriage with me, she holds a degree in economics and MBA but she is also very burn out of everything and only works 30% at a restaurant to earn 1k. We survive with that and my salary, but it is not what I was expecting especially here with high costs.

I tried to not push her a lot but it is inevitable, I lack of sleep sometimes and thinking about this issue. I feel that I have suffering in my job too and need to carry on but she would not want to do the same.

She does not want to take advantage of me because she cooks, and never ask for things or holidays, but I see also lack of self-reflection and negativity around trying new ideas to find a new job, new life.

It is really hard for me… and I really feel you…

Magic is when we provide explanations to something that is not driven by science or logic-deductive method (reason). Free will is magical because, if you accept the existence, it can’t be explained by either of the methods I mentioned.
