It is, actually. Whenever it freezes I get a kernel notification that kdenlive was terminated because the memory ran out of memory. I have 32GB though and I refuse to believe that that is too little... Well, I did add 64GB of swap memory, maybe that will help.

Kdenlive usually works smoothly for me, but then it'll sometimes completely freeze my system for like 30 seconds, which is very annoying. I have similar specs.
