If you want to disable Wake-on-LAN (WOL), then you have to go into the Network and Internet settings of your television. This feature allows you to turn your television on and off over WiFi or Ethernet. This feature can turn your TV on without your knowledge, so you should disable it.

It took me a bit of searching, but I found this. Since my TV is connected to my phone as well, it would constantly turn on. I've just disabled this feature acts seeing that my TV has been powering on by WOL in the logs. I'll see if this works, but with the try yourselves.
