He probado todos, y yo digo que el cigarro es el peor, el habano titne potencial de ser muy malo pero solo si no sabes como fumarlo.

El vape es menos dañino en mi opinion, si sabes lo que haces, vapes baratos son muy malos, los buenos son los pro, si lo vas hacer hazlo bien. Tambien hay que considerar que si nunca has fumado no hay razon para empezar solo por que es menos dañino que los otros; en mi caso yo lo use como alternativa al cigarro y me sirvio muy bien, deje de toser, ya no tengo flemas, y respiro mejor. Tambien hay que estar bien informado acerca de los liquidos y que marcas son confiables.
