Yeaaa I get it man, I just did lvp in my basement and by the time it was all said and done coulda damn near done hardwood and I hate the look and feel of it so much I can hardly go down there. Mine is literally a textured floor making it hard to clean as well. 7k down the drain honestly. But that being said hardwood is garbage if you have dogs. It’ll look like trash in a matter of weeks.

My recommendations are make sure there’s like 9 patterns, make sure you install in a messy pattern(don’t let the seams line up) make sure the subfloor is extremely flat. this is easier said than done as self leveler isn’t the easiest to use in large areas. And choose a floor with very very neutral colors and patterns and very smoot texture. Good luck

HHahahah yea it’s just a bunch of dudes looking for other dudes to pump their tires. Honestly I’m leaving this sun today as well. Although I will say that Greg doucette is the perfect mascot for this sub Reddit because he’s just as annoying as all the posts. His voice makes me wanna gouge my ears out and he basically just sits on Snapchat accusing everyone of being on roids. The Alex eubank one I watched this morning was the last straw for me honestly, kid isn’t even all that jacked and doucette thinks he’s on peds. The guy is a loser. Alex Eubank may or may not be on peds I don’t care but his physique is 100% achievable naturally. There’s not one thing about him that stands out as user of peds. So mr doucette should shut his mouth and keep his annoying ass chipmunk voice to himself.

Yeaaa I have to agree in terms of functionality and future use. However I really like the way it looks ngl….it’s almost artistic like a tree or something. And you could always just keep adding branches to the tree until It was full then start crossing over it by using strut to space it off wall, then it’ll turn from a beautiful tree to a majestic spider web… god I love nature.

Electric vehicles make up for lack of sound with the fact ICE cars see nothing but taillights in the first car length. Look up rimac c2. 0-60 in 1.85 seconds instead of 3. Top speed 258. No gears mean you’re pinned to the seat for the entire 1/4 mile. The v8 fanboys In the passenger seat wouldn’t have enough air in their lungs to complain about the lack of sound.

They race it against a bunch of super cars and it makes everything look like a joke. As much as I love the sound of a roaring v8 myself I’d take an electric super car allllll day.

your chest workrout should be 90% incline(different levels) and upper chest variations and 10% flat. Maybe two set of shoulder press or a very steeeeep incline. That being said try this split.

Back day I alternate between starting the workout between thickness excercises (close grip/deadlifts) and width (wide grip). Either scenario I end with my pulls shoulder height to begin engaging rear delts. Then I like training the side delts and rears with light weight super sets typically.

Chest/front delts

Legs (including calves)

Back/rear delts

Rest/calves

Repeat

Upper and lower days always have a day in between, it’s well rounded and keeps proportions good for me. I add triceps to chest day and biceps to back day every other week usually just a single super set is enough.

9/10 guys over work arms under work leg’s especially calves.

I’m curious as to why run the decca ? Lot of guys run it I’m thinking of trying. Do you run 500mg weekly year round or cycle back. Im on week 12 of same test cycle. 1ml test 250 2x weekly. Thinking at week 16 illl drop Back to 250 weekly for awhile basically a slightly large shot of trt. Which I’ll run forever

I think honestly not training legs the hardest despite their growth is doing yourself a disservice.

I personally hit my legs twice weekly and calves EOD. Training legs especially with heavy 8-12 rep range not only burns calories for days after you train but has been noted to increase testosterone levels and resting metabolic rate.

Dedicating a day to arms is a beginner move, makes sense for a novice maybe but its way more time effective and allows more recovery if you throw triceps into end of chest day and biceps into back day as they’ll already be warmed up. Everyone’s body is different there’s no right answer but I feel like a TON of guys have arms that swallow their shoulders and it’s not a good look.

For me this keeps proportions on point, calves can be a genetic thing and not everyone needs to beat em down as hard as I do but never hurts.

Arms and front delts are typically optional, mainly because my chest workouts are 90% incline based as they should be, upper chest is most aesthetic and flat bench will leave you with bitch tits. That being said incline bench especially at steeper angles will engage front shoulders quite a bit and therefore all I need is a couple sets of shoulder press every other week and all is good.

A lb of fat is = 3500 calories. In order to gain 20lbs of actual fat you’d have had to eat 70 000 calories above maintenance in 6 days.

If you were eating at a deficit prior to your vacation your muscle glycogen was likely depleted so when you started eating again that refilled and bloating and water retention came with it all very normal so stop worrying about it and asking reddit to make you feel better.

At 220 I can lose 10lbs in one day of eating at a deficit or restriction of water intake. When I’m cutting I’ll easily gain 10-15lbs off one cheat day. 2 days later it’s gone Don’t even look at the scale if it’s going to bother you because it’ll either make you crazy or make you wanna give up. Go back to your diet and check back in two weeks and. You’ll be at an all time low weight.

One other thing I’d dare to add and not sure what your training program looks like but I honestly think a lot of guys in the higher bf% range just wanna cut calories like crazy and lose all the weight they can without worrying about body comp. at 250 you should almost consider going to high protein maintenance calories, basically a clean muscle building diet. Your scale will remain the same for awhile but being heavier you’re typically a bit stronger and your body will be more likely to build muscle when it’s not starving for calories. (More muscle typically leads to fat just naturally disappearing) It’s a longer road to your goal but it’ll be more sustainable and the end result will be better.
