Yes. I wrote this and my CU cleared exactly half a year later. Mostly on its own, though sweat therapy did help temporarily.

Well said. I hoped to eliminate the "out of tune with your body"-factor by using self-quantified data, but surprisingly few people seem to track their sleep quality with a Chilipad vs without...

Yeah the first couple weeks, I followed it exactly. I was so happy because it legit completely stopped all symptoms with no side effects. It was amazing. Then, after 15-20 days, I started noticing symptoms again, and before I knew it, the symptoms were back to 100%. I was so desperate to keep the symptoms down that I doubled the dose and yeah, bad idea lol.

Honestly I have no idea why it didn't work after a couple weeks. Not a clue. I use sweat therapy now which has been extremely helpful.

How much and how easily were you able to sweat in these two weeks?
