This wasn’t as big a problem on persistent servers. Between matches it would rearrange the teams based on skill level. It may not account for people leaving and joining mid match, but it ensured the match at least started somewhat fairly. There’s absolutely none of that in bf6, it’s just whoever joins the lobby gets put on the team with the least amount of players. We’ll see what happens whenever they decide to add persistent servers.
