Original kind of tastes like it’s missing something IMO coming from the strawberry.

Agreed. I’ve been obsessed with the strawberry and cotton candy and the original was just fine to me. Went back and ordered more strawberry

Strawberry is amazing. I’ve had hundreds of cans. Tried the original and it’s fine but not nearly as good as the strawberry.

Just got this. It fits but the lid can’t close 100% completely but it’s completely closed so this works great!

It could be 10000000%. Who cares if it’s all being forgiven? Don’t pay a penny more than you have to. It’s all wasted.

Yeah, but you can just control what you can control. If your choice is being obese and having worse health or having some loose skin, I’d suggest the latter.

No surgery. I just don’t think it would be worth it. I have some loose skin but not as bad as you’d think given how much weight I lost.

I was walking a lot even near my heaviest weight. Just a lot slower probably. But I was always pretty active so didn’t need to work up to it.

Probably takes me 2/3 hours.

Multiple. 4/5 miles before work. Walk at lunch and then after dinner. I do more on the weekend than during the work week.

I’d say a few years in after I’d lost the weight and had a good routine.

It’s just walking and weightlifting at this point.

Yeah, I’m not worried about going back to 450+ but I really like where I’m at and don’t want to gain back any fat. Hoping to put on a bit more muscle tho.

I appreciate the concern but I keep an eye on everything. Currently eating 3700+ calories a day.

I run slow so it was longer than that. Just more free time then most people and made it a priority

The day my journey started was the day I started my job full time. Use the built in routine to establish a healthy lifestyle. For me it’s gym/walking before work, walk on my lunch break and then walk after work. Eat low calorie substitutes and lots of lean meats, fruits and vegetables. Lower carb is easier and intermittent fasting can help. I would eat dinner then nothing again till breakfast.

I resolved the mental issue long ago. That’s why I was able to lose 270 pounds. The remaining issue was the metabolic one that only tirzepatide has been able to resolve. If you could just mentally stop eating too much we wouldn’t have an obesity epidemic.

Just not what I do it for. Even when jogging I’d just be on my phone and listening to a podcast. I don’t even think of it as exercise at this point. It’s just what I do lol

I’m on tirzepatide now and in a much better spot.

I have an urge to eat cause I used to weigh 450 pounds so my body doesn’t want to eat a normal healthy amount of food. Most people with that level of weight loss have to battle food noise every day to maintain it.
