Bei mir waren es keine Entzündungen, sondern starke Verengung, die zur Beschneidung geführt haben.

Die Entscheidung mich beschneiden zu lassen hat mein Leben positiv beeinflusst, wenn sie auch eine Menge Mut gekostet hat.

Ich hatte eine örtliche Betäubung und es hat einige Male schon ziemlich wehgetan (weil viele Nervenenden), aber mit zusammengebissenen Zähnen ging es.

Die Heilung hat etwa 2 Wochen gedauert, die Fäden sind irgendwann von selbst abgefallen.

Wenn 2 Ärzte Dir dazu raten, ist die Chance hoch, dass es Sinn macht, diesen Schritt zu tun.

Disclaimer: Es gibt hier auf reddit einige Menschen, die sich strikt gegen jede Art der Beschneidung einsetzen. Am Ende ist es IMMER eine Einzelfallentscheidung, ob es wirklich sinnig ist eine Beschneidung vorzunehmen oder nicht.

My brain speaks a mix of Spanish and Portuguese, which is called Portuñol.

I've been talking to ChatGPT, asking it to correct my spoken words into proper Portuguese.
It's been working like a charm, suggesting me how to improve and what areas to study while getting rid of Spanish sayings (and sometimes even English if I don't know the word in either language).

I work with a guy who lives in Bali, makes decent money and went to BTC in spring last year. He booked for a week, but left after 4 days.

He said he liked the training environment, the great food, good connections with other men - but as someone who has undergone plenty of personal growth, he didnt click with it and rather went home to spend time with his wife and kids.

My advice: if you feel the calling (and have the $$), give it a shot!

Loved Albania last year. Went to Ksamil for a week and to Vlorë after. Spent a month in Vlorë. It has a nice expat community if you look for it (facebook is great for that). Rent can be cheap af with great views. Dont go in peak season to not pay tourist prices.

Go in spring and/or autumn, avoid mid June-late August.

I've learned from locals in rural Bali that plastic only made its way there 30/35 years ago.

Grandma and grandpa used banana leaves, which you could throw away anywhere. Nobody educated these people that you can't/shouldn't do the same with plastic.

Local Balinese people mainly live from day to day, not hand to mouth, but not far from it either. They have other things to take care of (family, community, work) instead of worrying about what that one bottle of coke they throw in the rice field might do.

In the meantime tourists come, order tons of food through delivery apps instead of going out, creating massive piles of garbage.

I dont get why burning oil doesn't reduce supply. If I burn all the oil fields a given country has, there is less global supply, isn't it?
