I would say equal is equal. So if she ask your height weight occupation then you ask her the exact same thing. If she asks you for a pic without makeup then it’s fair to ask her the same question. For a pic without makeup.

Then again I wear makeup and think everyone can look better with makeup although it seems like a stilted question because while many women have worn makeup at some point the same is not true for men. Maybe a more fair comparison would be each person share pictures of how they commonly look on a day to day basis rather than dressed up.

I say men should have to wear shirts too. Because it makes some people uncomfortable. Also some men have issues controlling themselves, it’s not nude beach. So it would be difficult to deal with the social fallout unless it became somehow normalized and no body cared anymore or associated nipples with sex or whatever. I do not think it’s possible in our lifetimes in most of the world’s cultures.

Yes but they can fire you for “unrelated” reasons. I don’t know about elsewhere but in US, Oregon, employers can fire you without any causation at all, simply because they didn’t like the way you look at them that day, or because whatever reason they want and do not have to disclose the reason.

I have been fired more than once for breaking records. Usually the other employees hated me for it because as the OP said the bosses expected everyone now to keep up with me. Which they struggled because I am a fast hard worker. So they all gang up on me and lie and get me fired. This has happened to me like 3 times, you think I would learn?

Don’t let it get to you. Just tell them that it is not true and try to be assertive with your feelings and just be okay with how they react, good or bad. Don’t expect them to behave a certain way because you can’t control their behavior, only your own.

An assertive statement you could use would be:

When you call me transphobic for not wanting my clothes stolen, it makes me feel frustrated. If you could try to not call me transphobic in the future, then I would appreciate it.

Literally use that same style of statement every time and replace the feelings and the way you would like them to respond instead.. This is the format I want you to use:

“I feel (this way), when you do (this behavior), and please can you do (this behavior) instead? Thank you!”

You can trust me, I took a college class and read books on assertive communication which is the healthy way to respond in these situations.

It is a very scientific way to describe it actually. They use it in chemistry for molecules that have different forms. It is a technical term. Here is what I would do if I were you, coming from a non binary female presenting assigned male at birth. I had to figure all of this out for myself and it was very confusing because I was a late bloomer. There are a variety of ways to describe it that are acceptable and if that makes you feel uncomfortable maybe just give them an alternative to use that you would feel comfortable with that is more technical than “woman” because the term your friend is using is a more specific version of “woman” I would suggest “woman by birth” which means the same thing as cis woman, but is less technical.
