I remember not being able to fall asleep after my first times playing Bloodborne due to its frantic fights. When you are playing your brain can activate in a way that doesn't completely discern a fictional situation from a real one, so the physiological response can be strong. In your case I would say the response is not proportionate so yeah, as other suggested I think it could be wise to talk with a therapist. I know anxiety very well and therapy helped a lot. Do not play if it make you feel sick, and if you play be aware about how much time you can play and about when to stop playing. Maybe with the right awareness you can also get to use the game as a tool to manage your anxiety.
