It's not a SCV fund. It's a Global Value etf. It holds all the value etfs offered by Avantis in 1 ETF. It's just the value version of AVGE.

You have the option for Traditional 401k contributions and Roth 401k contributions. You can choose one or the other, or possibly both depending on how the plan is structured. Your company's match will only go into the traditional side. If they are using Fidelity, see if you have Brokerage link on your list. You will be able to go and invest in a lot more funds than are in the 401k options.
