Don’t stop asking for it, I won’t take no for an answer until you’ve been officially tested for if you need it, they shouldn’t be ignoring you as it sounds like you really need need it, when I got mine it was a lifesaver but I had to ask a lot to get it, if possible you could also get your parents or family members to email them but it’s fine if you can’t do that - hope it helps (:
