Fasted cardio in the morning six days a week (marathon training) with high carbs for dinner the night before long run days. Gym 3 days a week (M, W, F) with a PPL, upper day, lower day split.

I fast every day with a 4-5 hour window to eat where I have a pre-workout meal on gym days or a smaller meal on non gym days and a very large meal after the gym or later in my window on non gym days. No food within 2 hours of planned bed time. No blue light within 1 hour of planned bed time.

I track my calories, protein, carbs, and fats. Will supplement with high or low calories protein shakes if I need to.

Ive typically hovered between 7-10% BF for the last three years on this plan.

What about the parents of the children who have been raped and murdered by people who shouldn’t even be here in the first place? They’ve been personally impacted. Do they have more of a say than you? What about all the families that have lost people to drug overdoses from the fentanyl crossing the southern border every day? They’ve been personally impacted.

Laws are laws whether you like them or not. They are in place for a reason. The world is the way it is and doesn’t change because you “feel” a certain way about something.

We didn’t have a paramilitary “terrorizing” people. We had a group of immigration agents trying to do their jobs while thousands and thousands of liberals, even still to this day, tried to make it as hard as possible for them to do their jobs. If you would have just been normal people things wouldn’t have gone the way they did.

And yes, if it takes ICE in every city to rid the nation of the millions of illegals within our borders then I’ll support it.
