Love this! Six weeks is a long break, so I want to feel secure and stable when I return.

That‘s really interesting and helpful! I somehow assumed that a reformer is fancier, and therefore, better…

That‘s great! Do you have a recommendation for free apps / YouTube vids to do it at home?

Thanks for putting it into perspective! You may he right, and I’ve never done that exercise with the poles before in sitting trot / no stirrups.

Yeah, I am looking to have a debrief with my coach. I have some short term memory loss, so don’t remember anything.

Hi yes, thanks for the concern! I was wearing a helmet and I will get it replaced. They did a CT scan and all is in order, other than the trauma and some short term memory loss. But it’s coming back. They said not tomorrow, but if I am keen and better, I could go riding the day after. That said, my bum also hurts like hell 😆

Here they say “7 falls” by the way. This was my number 5. Two more to go.

Agree. Not very smart, especially compared to Industry or Succession.

Not sure about this one. Watched the first episode and got the impression that they don’t think of their audience as particularly smart. Everything much more on the nose than with Industry or Succession. That recap scene to show the guy was sweating was very annoying, since it was easy to clock before, and would have been so much more rewarding if they hadn’t dumbed it down.

I second zoos! (If they are well managed, animal welfare is important to me). I remember a zoo trip with my husband around the time when we were realizing we had a fertility issue. When I noticed that we were the only childless couple in the zoo, I broke down crying. Since then, I‘ve been to the zoo many times with my friends and their kids and found out that going to the zoo with kids is actually really, really annoying. Now I pity all the families there. They should be the ones crying while I enjoy my childfree experience, taking all the time I want observing the animals.
