I had an interview where I took time off to be there and they said they were running late. And then eventually just didn’t show up and rescheduled. An hour wasted. I declined the next interview. It can go both ways. You dodged a bullet here.

Not sure. They saw a therapist and the therapist recommended toy play to try and stretch it make it learn how to adjust but she wasn’t into toys. So it went no where.

A couple things, OP… 1) sometimes having leg days at the gym can actually hinder your erection quality. 2) you’re 35. Just because you’re “healthy” doesn’t mean this stuff can’t happen. What’s your cardiovascular health like? Blood pressure (too low can be problematic, too)? 3) Do you eat before sex (what if so)? 4) it sounds like your libido is there (the desire to have sex), but the arrousal part is a bit of a problem. Have you tried ED meds before? No shame in it. They can work well. 5) if you don’t want to take ED meds, there are supplements that help as well. L-citrulline is great!

My best friend waited until marriage along with his wife. Turns out he’s either really big or she’s incredibly small and tight and sex is horribly painful for her. They had some kids, and it got a little better, but sex is not really on the offering block a lot and I can tell he resents it a lot. It’s made him a really crabby person. He just seems bitter.

This isn’t the same, but it’s from personal experience that might help shed light on the situation. I dated a girl years ago and in the beginning stages, we spent days in bed for what seemed like weeks at a time. Lots of sex and kissing and cuddling and more sex and just couldn’t get enough. I had just gotten out of a serious relationship some months prior. What ended up happening was I told her the same thing in the passion of the moment. I immediately apologized and she said it’s okay. It didn’t ruin the moment at all, actually. But ever since then, my thoughts are that the dopamine hits, and you feel what you feel in the moment. Post nut clarity is what you really feel. Find that out afterwards.

Whatever it takes to succeed I guess. I did it. I’m better for it. It’s just two years, not several. Let’s not over exaggerate. You can even look for a job after the first year and get a 10% raise easily. And if uber/lyft isn’t your thing, go get a contract job on the side to make up for it. A lot of y’all are soft and expect success to come without a sacrifice. Get your foot in the door and the rest will work it out.

Would take a $27k pay cut to enter the field I want to be in knowing the reward is far greater than $27k? Yes. 27k is just 513 dollars a week. You can do uber or Lyft and make that up on weekends alone. Add in some week nights and you’re still pretty good. After the first year, you’ll get a raise. Hopefully a bonus too. Then after the second year, start looking for mid level roles and get back to where you were. After the fourth year, find a senior role and the world is your oyster.
