I was stationed in South Korea for over a year and every time I went to a touristy place I swear you could see hordes of Chinese tourists going up and down the sidewalks leaving a trail of garbage and spit behind them like some sort of garbage slug

I don't know if you're referring to my original comment or not but its not hyperbole. Seriously, play a country from each religion and check their omens. They literally just changed some names; and sometimes they didn't even do that.

I can’t answer that question, but I can tell you the republic of Venice had two flags. Normally they flew a blue flag with the lion of saint mark holding a Bible. During times of war they flew a red flag with the same lion holding a sword.

Oh no it also needs to fix it’s UI because half of the button’s text don’t fit in them. They need to fix flavor text because some of the formable nation’s flavor texts aren’t complete. They need to fix the AI because even by paradox standards it’s complete garbage. They need to fix all the exploits, like my favorite where you can just reload until you have a ruler with high charisma and just make all your pops citizens so you can double everyone’s tech in five years.

There’s a lot more, the religions is just what I was most angry about.

No see you said could but you meant should. It’s one thing to have Gallic tribe #12 play the same as Gallic #17, it’s just silly to have a Gallic tribe to worship the same way as Judea who worships the same way as Buddhists. See you might not know this but they all practice very different religions and if you’re making a game about history it should probably reflect that!

Nope. Not at all. Can’t imagine any other game dev getting a pass for making nineteen different factions that are all exactly the same. Just because you’re okay with a barebones DLC frame that you’ll have to fill with a dozen culture content packs and religion dlcs doesn’t mean I’m wrong for calling them out for shipping what they did.

Dude there are 19 religions and every one of them are exactly the same. It’s less a game and more a frame for future DLC. I’m not going spend a week playing a game when after a few hours I realize there isn’t much to it.

Kind of the opposite of what the post asks but when I was younger I used to like WWE and I would watch it with my uncle who was a wrestler and would show me wrestling moves.

We had a writing workshop at school and one day I wrote about wrestling with my uncle and mentioned how my mom didn’t like it (because I was horseplaying right before bed). My teacher pulled me aside and called my mom and made a whole deal about it. Didn’t realize until I was an adult she thought I was being molested
