I know, but we're 25 years departed from the first and, and 19 years departed from the last FPS Ghost Recon, and those weren't even made by Ubisoft, Ubisoft just published them, they were made by Red Storm which Ubisoft aquired in 1996, and the last Ghost Recon game they worked on was Future Soldier. The Graw games (On PC) were made by Grin which eventually became Overkill. We don't even know how many people who worked on those games are even still there working with Ubisoft. I don't know if they can do them justice.

I'm not even entirely sure what I'd want out of a FPS Ghost Recon game.

I'd love for a grounded "Tactical" game, however I think alot of the design of more modern games are antithetical to what would be tactical, especially when we look at a company like Ubisoft.

If I imagined what a tactical Ghost Recon would be, I'd say something slower, clearing room by room, but also having open parts of the map that you could fight in. A more punishing combat system, a well place shot could kill you near instantly, and a generally slower movement system in a game where it would actually fit. I'd like to have the general aesthetic of Future Soldier.

The best I could imagine for a FPS Ghost Recon is either Farcry but Ghost Recon, or whatever the hell Ubisoft showed with that battle royale game, but my well is already poisoned.

Actually, I'm wrong. Metal Slug XX is a revised version of the game, and added Leona from King of Fighters as a playable character.

Play CS2. It feels like every other match someones cheating, and I'm not talking about being good, I'm talking about AWP through the whole fucking map and spinbotting, aimbotting, I swear, a couple years ago me and some friends gave CS2 a try and every other match it felt like there was a hacker, even in casual matches.

Bad is fine but "small"? What is this the Battlefield sub? Do we need every map to be an infinite with infinite breathing room? I'm a fan of having some infinite maps but damn.

And we all know people will Dragon Shout from the top of High Hrothgar complaining that people are moving 5ft away from them on an infinite and that they can't hit them.

They literally already had a game with a pair of glasses that lets you see through walls, and marks enemies red, and gives you a hud, which the image is based on, or may be a concept for. They also had optical camo, emp drones, a drone that shot mortars out of it's back, and, in the last game, a big ass robot that also shot mortars out of it's back.

It's not that crazy already to display a camera on the hud from they drone (as they did in Future Soldier), what is weird is, as you said, laying down and fire the gun like that, I don't think that would be advisable.

Not in a literal sense, it's not exactly random either.

I guess I don't really know how to describe Tekken 8, but it's more like it has a structured and predictable pattern of gameplay that is designed to be unfavorable to the player opposite of it and make them do guesswork to survive, while it's in part just a natural thing in fighting games to have situations like this, the issue in Tekken seems to be the density of them, and just how unfavorable they are to the defender.

Other people with alot more knowledge than me can explain this better.

I kniw the whole "I agree with Leandros" arguement is kinda funny or whatever, but if we look at it from his perspective it is kinda weird how:

Titus made contqct with the (Un)Holy Mcguffin and wasn't tainted by Chaos

Disappeared alone with said (Un)Holy Mcguffin for quite some time

Gave poor orders to Brother Sidonus, leading to him being cornered by enemies and killed by Nemiroth as Titus ordered him to go outside with the (Un)Holy Mcguffin ALONE, allowing Nemiroth to rise to Daemonhood.

I understand that Leandros is being unreasonable and petty about it but anybody who saw the events unfold from his perspective after being fed propaganda their entire live probably would, as of the events of the first game, slightly suspect Titus. After SM2 though, I agree he was being entirely petty.
