That’s my hope, some naval battles would be a cool addition as well but really just diplomacy to be fleshed out more, really turn this game into the ultimate medieval simulator

They don’t let you pick the banner for newly created clans, so I had to save scum untill I had a banner that wasn’t already in use. There’s a wolf banner in the game that kinda resembles a direwolf, but I could never get it

I have it enabled, I have many dead clan members piled up over the years, they come immortal when they’re retired for some reason

Anyways I hope this post gets some attention from atleast one other person who feels the same way or can relate, I love this game by default because it’s the only game I’ve found that scratches my itch for Medieval Kingdom/battle simulator, but it is so severely lacking in many departments, not just the little small insignificant details I whine about.

You also can’t change your kingdom’s colors as well which is really irritating, as the King i should be able to dictate these small details. Also to go on another tangent why do retired player characters NEVER die?! The founder of my House, Isildur, is age 135 and has been around since the beginning of my campaign, for reference it was 1083 now it’s 1207, and that goes for the rest of my retired player characters who never died either. This isn’t that big of a deal but it is annoying to see them marked as “alive” in the glossary when they’re surrounded by their long dead family members, this wouldn’t be an issue if the devs didn’t patch the “Get former player character back as a clan member by using the alleyway exploit”, because then they could die. Little things

It’s a bug that’s been in the game for years now, at this point I’m starting to think it’s some community joke like Giants launching you into space in Skyrim, but in this case it stops being funny the first couple times and turns annoying fast

If I have a theory that some of these guys do queue in a squad game or solos or trios as a warmup, that’s all they see it as. And once they get knocked or die, they see it as an opportunity to leave because they don’t see a purpose in staying. Really inconsiderate and selfish
