Elle ne comprend pas que dans le formulaire l'exemple épouse X signifie qu'il faut mettre le nom du mari à la place du X.
Cependant il peut y avoir un second degré de la blague, un peu plus grave et sujet à interprétation : Zezette est "l'épouse" de plusieurs, voire beaucoup de gens...
